Responsible for a project with the aim to streamline operations, reduce the editorial organisation (+300 staff) and to propose a new organisation adapted to the digital transition. Interviews with a large number of employees, analysis, documentation and workshops were conducted. Proposals were reported and anchored to the management group. Working as an advisor in a successful implementation process.

TT News Agency in Sweden (2013-present)
Working part time as a Business Developer and Editorial Project Manager at the TT News Agency since 2013. Responsible for establishing a new business in editorial outsourcing. Outsourcing has now become a successful business for TT, major production is handled for some of the largest publishers in Sweden.
